Renovated all guest rooms and suites, including complete demolition of bathrooms. Installed new showers in 75% of rooms. Installed new tile, vanities, carpet, paint, FF&E and closets. Tore out and replaced vinyl wallcovering, carpet, base and fixtures in corridors. Updated accessibility to be compliant with current ADA requirements.
