We manage projects involving exterior and interior improvements to commercial and student housing properties. We handle removal and replacement of flooring, toilets, vanities, showers, bathtubs, plumbing, fixtures, base, woodwork, custom cabinets, drywall, wiring, decking, railings and FF&E. We renovate student housing units, hotel guest rooms, ballrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, lobbies, lounges, corridors as well as pool and bar areas. We upgrade client properties to be compliant with current ADA requirements.
